Winners announced for DDA housing scheme

To promote the development of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority was created in 1955. The DDA Master plan was revised in 1982 to formulate the Master Plan 2001 and then re-revised in 2007 to form the Delhi Master Plan 2021.It lays down the basic infrastructure requirements for a city estimated to have a population of 128 Lakhs.

  • DDA housing.
  • DDA land development.
  • DDA Commercial Properties.
  • DDA Sports Complexes.
"The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Tuesday held the draw of lots for its biggest ever housing scheme. More than 10 lakh applicants were in fray for over 25,000 flats across various categories. In other words, there were 40 applicants for each flat on offer. This is also the first time DDA completed the draw of lots within 45 days".
The DDA on Tuesday announced the results for the most awaited 2014 Housing Scheme.
