Kashmir valley is under flood due to heavy rainfall from last five days. Yesterday doodganga flooded whole areas of chanapora, natipora and budshah nagar making its way through the fields of naikbagh natipora. Normal life was badly disturbed in the area of shahi hamdaan colony which was heavily flooded. Jehlem is also rising in its level and approaching towards nowgam chowk. Our moderators are not able to update regularly due to power cut in majority of the areas.
